Sanghaya is an online cultural journal about Dharma, attention, tradition, and everyday practice.
We approach Buddhist culture not as a museum object and not as a collection of exotic symbols, but as a living way of seeing the human being, the world, and action. We are interested in texts, teachers, craft, city life, silence, beauty, work, conversation, and inner effort.
The journal is published in Russian, English, and Lithuanian. For us, this is not only a matter of translation, but also a way to create a space of dialogue between cultures, practitioners, and readers.
Sanghaya does not aim to replace teaching, a teacher, or a community. Its task is more modest: to carefully gather materials that help us pause, look more closely, and ask a more precise question.
We believe that Dharma appears not only in a temple or a meditation hall. It can become visible in a conversation over coffee, in an old text, in the work of a craftsperson, in irritation, in morning light, in silence, and in the most ordinary day.
